Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
- Review claim status through payer portals, IVR systems, and outbound calls.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment variances.
- File appeals and corrected claims as required.
- Perform AR follow-up for Hospital Billing and Physician Billing accounts.
- Document claim activity and updates accurately in billing systems.
- Review EOBs, ERA, and remittance advice to determine next actions.
- Prioritize high-value and aging AR accounts for follow-up.
- Coordinate with coding, billing, and client teams to resolve claim issues.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate/10+2/10+3/ Diploma
- 1 to 4 years of experience in AR Calling, Hospital Billing, or Physician Billing.
