Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a High School Chemistry and Biology Teacher based in Kalaburagi. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Chemistry and Biology aligned with CBSE curriculum standards, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical understanding. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, organizing laboratory activities and experiments, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, participating in school events, collaborating with colleagues on academic planning,



and communicating effectively with students and families about progress. The teacher is expected to use innovative teaching methods, integrate technology where appropriate, and support the overall academic and personal development of learners.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and Biology, with experience teaching these subjects at high school level.
- Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching credentials and training, preferably aligned with CBSE requirements.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, with the ability to design clear, structured, and engaging lessons.
- Demonstrated Teaching skills, including classroom management, student assessment, and differentiated instruction.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues, and for providing clear academic guidance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (with specialization in Chemistry and/or Biology) or Education with a science focus.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment practices; experience in school-based laboratory work is an advantage.
