We are looking for an experienced Healthcare EDI Specialist with strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, EDI transactions, and claim rejection management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 837P, 837I, 999, 277CA, 277CS, and 835 transactions.
- Analyze raw X12 files and resolve claim-level and batch-level rejections.
- Work with payers and clearinghouses to troubleshoot EDI issues.
- Interpret 835 ERA, CARC, RARC, and CAS codes.
- Manage PMS data migration and validation.
- - Identify payer-specific rejection trends and improve claim submission processes.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of US Healthcare EDI / RCM experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers.
- Experience with EMR/PMS and clearinghouse platforms.
- Strong knowledge of payer IDs, companion guides, and enrollment.
- Must be comfortable working US shift hours.
