Role Description This is a full time, on-site Health Insurance Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Health Insurance

Specialist will guide clients in understanding and selecting appropriate health insurance plans, explain policy features, coverage options, and exclusions, and assist with documentation, enrollment, and policy servicing. The role involves responding to client inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with insurers to ensure smooth processing of proposals and claims. The specialist will also engage in responsible sales activities by identifying client needs, presenting suitable health insurance solutions,



and following up to build long-term relationships. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, staying updated on product changes and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with colleagues to support the firm’s comprehensive financial planning approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Health Insurance and Insurance domain knowledge to interpret policies, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to responsibly promote health insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related client-facing roles.
- Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, commerce, or business is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Mumbai will be beneficial for client communication.
