Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, technical solution design, and enterprise implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Health Cloud data models, healthcare integrations, interoperability standards, and enterprise-scale solution delivery. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while providing technical leadership and architectural governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Health Cloud data models, including patient/member profiles, care plans, care teams, clinical data, and provider relationships.
- Define technical architecture across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise healthcare systems, including EHR/EMR, claims, provider, member, pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical platforms.
- Design interoperability solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, HL7, FHIR, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Establish data architecture covering data modelling, migration, synchronization, master data management, data quality, and high-volume processing.
- Define security architecture using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, encryption, audit capabilities, and Salesforce Shield.
- Ensure compliance with organizational requirements for protecting sensitive healthcare and patient information.
- Provide architectural guidance for MuleSoft and other enterprise integration platforms.
- Review technical designs, Apex/LWC implementations, integrations,



and configurations to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Address Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, bulkification, large data volumes, performance, scalability, and transaction management.
- Establish DevOps and release-management practices using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent tools.
- Lead technical design sessions and architecture reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Identify platform risks, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvement opportunities.
- Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads while ensuring technical governance across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with robust architecture and solution-design expertise.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Health Cloud data models and healthcare industry use cases.

Advanced hands-on knowledge of:

- Apex and Asynchronous Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flow
- Platform Events
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Security and Sharing Architecture
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware platforms.
- Good understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, particularly HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience handling complex Salesforce data migrations and large data volumes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration, security, performance, and scalability patterns.
- Experience implementing Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to prepare technical architecture documents, integration designs, sequence diagrams, data models, and deployment strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Strong ability to translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Enterprise Architects.
