Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage retail operations across multiple stores, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.

- Oversee store setup, merchandising, and floor management to create an engaging customer experience.

- Develop and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in luxury retail or related field (watches & jewelry preferred).

- Proven track record in managing multiple retail outlets with excellent results.

- Solid understanding of apparel industry dynamics including EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlets) management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
