About Indian Snack HouseIndian Snack House is a fast-growing Indian sweets and snacks brand on a mission to bring authentic regional flavours to consumers across India. With a growing presence across D2C, Swiggy, Zomato, and Quick Commerce platforms, we are building a scalable, technology-driven supply chain to support our next phase of growth.

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Head of Operations who can lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, build strong teams, establish robust processes, and drive operational efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Control & Tracking

- Own end-to-end inventory visibility across warehouses, channels, and locations.
- Implement strong inventory tracking, reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and stock accuracy processes.
- Minimize inventory losses, expiry, stockouts, and working capital blockage.
- Build data-driven inventory planning and replenishment systems.

2. First-Mile Operations & Cost Optimization

- Manage vendor-to-warehouse logistics, pickup planning, and inbound movement.
- Optimize first-mile logistics costs through route planning, vendor consolidation, and transporter negotiations.
- Ensure timely inward movement, GRN completion, and inventory availability.

3. Warehouse Management

- Lead warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock audits.
- Drive warehouse productivity, manpower efficiency, space utilization, and cost per order.
- Establish scalable SOPs, operational dashboards, and accountability systems.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene, product handling standards, and process compliance.

4. D2C & Quick Commerce Fulfilment

- Own end-to-end order fulfilment across D2C, Quick Commerce, and Swiggy/Zomato channels.
- Ensure high order fulfilment rates, dispatch accuracy, and adherence to platform SLAs.
- Drive availability, PO fulfilment,



and timely replenishment across Quick Commerce dark stores and distribution centres.
- Build systems to manage seasonal demand spikes and high-volume festive operations.

5. Mid-Mile & Delivery Operations

- Manage warehouse-to-distribution-centre, store, and fulfilment-location movements.
- Optimize transportation costs, delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency.
- Establish strong logistics partner relationships, tracking mechanisms, and escalation processes.
- Reduce delivery failures, delays, damages, and operational leakages.

6. Team Leadership & Process Excellence

- Lead, mentor, and develop teams across inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and measurable performance.
- Implement technology, automation, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively build scalable solutions.

Ideal Candidate
- 7–12+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or operations management, preferably in FMCG, D2C, Quick Commerce, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing multi-location operations and high-volume order fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics cost structures, and distribution networks.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and operational dashboards.
- Ability to build processes, manage large teams, and solve complex operational challenges.
- Strong bias for action, attention to detail, cost consciousness, and end-to-end ownership.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets.
