ESDS Software Solution Limited is looking for an accomplished legal leader to lead our Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance and Dispute Resolution functions.

We are seeking a strategic legal skilled with strong expertise in commercial contracts, government and PSU engagements, arbitration, litigation and regulatory compliance, preferably within the IT, Data Centre, Cloud Computing, Telecom or Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead legal strategy, risk management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee drafting, review and negotiation of large-value commercial, technology, cloud, SaaS and infrastructure contracts.
- Manage government and PSU contracts, tenders, RFPs, consortium agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Lead dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation, particularly government and PSU receivables recovery.
- Handle regulatory frameworks including the IT Act, DPDP Act, CERT-In directions, GDPR and SEBI regulations.
- Advise senior management and the Board on legal risks, business transactions,



M&A; and strategic initiatives.
- Develop robust legal processes, contract management frameworks and compliance policies.

Candidate Profile

- LLB from a recognised university; LLM or CS qualification will be an advantage.
- 15–20 years of overall legal experience, with substantial in-house legal leadership exposure.
- Strong experience in handling arbitration, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Proven track record in managing government/PSU disputes and large-value contracts.
- Experience in IT/ITeS, Data Centres, Cloud, Telecom, Digital Infrastructure or EPC sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
