Lead the hospital’s HR function, align people strategies with business objectives, and ensure effective workforce management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, talent acquisition, and manpower planning.
- Drive employee relations, retention, and performance management.
- Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
- Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
- Partner with hospital leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead the HR team and support employee development initiatives.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with prior leadership experience.
Key Competencies: Strategic HR leadership, stakeholder management, labour law compliance, decision-making, and team management.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
