A mid-sized Indian manufacturing organization with 1,200+ employees across multiple manufacturing plants and locations in India is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure effective HR governance.

6. Ideal Candidate Profile

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 18-25 years of progressive HR experience in mid-sized manufacturing organizations.
- Experience in organizations with approximately 800-2,000 employees.




- Robust multi-plant and multi-location HR leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in industrial relations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Exposure to industrial technology initiatives and HR digitization.

- Ability to combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational execution.
- Export-oriented manufacturing experience desirable.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
