We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our dynamic engineering department. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for setting the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This role requires a robust leader with deep technical expertise, exceptional people management skills, and a proven track record of scaling engineering teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall architectural strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Tech Stack: Kafka, Spring Boot, Python, Redis, Flutter, and experience range of 6-10 years with minimum 3 years in design & architecture
