We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to lead our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction operations, fostering strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of residential, villa, and township development projects from planning to completion.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across design, planning, and execution stages.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and execution strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and as per quality benchmarks.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor AGMs, Project Managers, Site Heads, and Project Leads across projects.
- Build and manage high-performance project execution teams.
- Ensure strong governance, reporting discipline, and accountability across project sites.

Project Monitoring & Construction Management

- Monitor project progress across civil works, MEP, finishing, and handover stages.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules,



quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular project reviews and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure solid alignment between design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Cost & Vendor Management

- Oversee project budgets, cost planning, and financial control mechanisms.
- Manage contractor performance and vendor relationships.
- Optimize project costs without compromising quality or timelines.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure adherence to regulatory approvals, statutory norms, safety standards, and RERA guidelines.
- Implement strong quality assurance and quality control processes across all sites.

Candidate Profile

- 15–20+ years of experience in real estate construction or project management.
- Proven experience working with real estate developer companies.
- Experience delivering residential / villa / township projects end-to-end.
- Must have delivered 2–3 residential projects from planning to completion.
- Experience managing multiple projects and large project teams simultaneously.
- Exposure to medium to large land parcel developments and high-rise residential projects preferred.
