Role Description This is a full-time, in office Head of Digital Marketing role based in Delhi, India. The Head of Digital Marketing will design and lead the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and international growth plans. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing digital campaigns across channels, managing social media presence, overseeing content and performance marketing initiatives, and coordinating lead generation activities.





The role involves monitoring web analytics and campaign metrics, optimizing digital touchpoints, and preparing regular performance reports for senior leadership. The Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate closely with consulting, sales, and operations teams to support client acquisition, brand positioning, and thought leadership in international advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong, hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, content) with a record of organic growth.
- Strong foundation in Marketing with experience leading digital-focused initiatives and integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with a track record of audience growth and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including designing and managing funnels, nurturing campaigns, and conversion strategies.
- Competence in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics and translate insights into actions.
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or comparable leadership role, preferably in B2B or professional services.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort working in an international, cross-cultural environment and collaborating with global teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Plan and run small, targeted paid campaigns when budgets are approved, and report on their results.

This is a hands-on role. You will run SEO, content, social media and email marketing yourself, with design support from an in-house designer.
