Wholeleaf is a fast-growing, Shark Tank-funded consumer healthcare company redefining how chronic and everyday pain is understood, treated and managed.

We're looking for an experienced Brand Head to build brand equity, strengthen consumer engagement and lead our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Strategy: Own brand positioning, identity, messaging and long-term brand-building strategy.
- Content & Creative: Lead content strategy, storytelling, social media and integrated brand campaigns.
- Community Building: Develop initiatives that build consumer engagement, trust, advocacy and loyalty.
- ATL, BTL & TTL: Plan and execute digital campaigns, retail activations, events and experiential marketing.
- Collaborations: Drive influencer marketing, strategic partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Consumer Insights: Understand target audiences, consumer behaviour and market trends to develop relevant campaigns.




- Team Leadership: Manage creative teams, agencies and marketing budgets while collaborating with performance marketing and sales teams.

Must-Have Requirements
- 8+ years of brand management or consumer marketing experience.
- Experience across BOTH established/legacy consumer brands and D2C startups strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing brands.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, content, integrated marketing and consumer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with BTL/TTL activations, influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.

Preferred: Experience in consumer healthcare, wellness, nutraceuticals, FMCG or current-age Ayurveda. Ideal Candidate A brand builder who combines the strategic expertise of an established consumer brand with the agility and creativity of a D2C startup.
