Looking for an experienced MEP professional to lead design and coordination for premium residential, township and commercial real estate projects.
? ABOUT THE ORGANISATION An established, publicly listed real estate developer with 50 plus years of industry experience, specialising in luxury and mid-tier residential apartments, integrated townships and commercial office/retail spaces.
With 100+ projects delivered, the organisation has a strong presence in the real estate sector and is listed on both NSE and BSE.
? Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
? Experience: 15+ Years
? CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
? Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead MEP design activities across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and utility systems.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure seamless coordination with Architectural and Structural teams.
- Manage and coordinate with design consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and design clarifications to project execution teams.
- Monitor design timelines, quality standards and cost optimisation.
? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 15+ years of experience in MEP Design and Coordination.
- Strong experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Exposure to high-rise buildings, luxury residential developments or integrated townships will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and BIM will be an added advantage.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
