DDE ULTRA is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar and other high-tech industries. We specialize in designing, manufacturing and installing complex utility systems and turnkey solutions.

We are seeking an Experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to independently lead the complete Finance & Accounts function, ensuring financial control, compliance, accurate reporting, effective cost management and sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of accounting, finance operations, monthly and annual book closures, and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, cash-flow reports, MIS and management dashboards, present key financial insights to senior management.
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic budget forecasting and financial planning across departments and projects.
- Conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis, investigate deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage cost control and optimization, including project costs, material, manpower, overheads and operating expenses; monitor cost overruns and profitability.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, fund planning, receivables, payables, banking relationships and facilities such as BGs and LCs, wherever applicable.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS and income tax, ensuring timely filings, reconciliations and resolution of notices.
- Lead statutory,



internal and tax audits; coordinate with auditors and consultants and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Oversee project accounting, project-wise costing, billing, revenue recognition, work-in-progress, retention and profitability reporting.
- Establish and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, approval mechanisms, accounting procedures and compliance calendars.
- Lead and guide the Accounts & Finance team, review deliverables and ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
- Coordinate with projects, procurement, stores, HR, sales and other teams on budgets, costs, collections, payments and financial matters.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, finalization of accounts and taxation.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, budget-versus-actual variance analysis and cost management.
- Strong understanding of cash flow, treasury, working capital, project costing and profitability analysis.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliance and audit management.
- Knowledge of internal financial controls, risk management and financial process improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP / SAP / Tally and advanced MS Excel; ability to prepare MIS and management reports.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 10–15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, EPC or project-based organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete finance function, including accounting, taxation, audits, banking and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost control and project profitability management.
- Experience in financial reporting, cash-flow and working-capital management, internal controls and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with high integrity and accountability.

- Project-based engineering, infrastructure and turnkey solution providers.

Additional Information

- This is a senior-level role with independent ownership of the organization's Finance & Accounts function.
- The candidate must combine hands-on financial management with leadership-level planning, reporting and decision support.
- Experience in managing finance for a growing engineering, manufacturing or EPC business will be an advantage.
