We are looking for an experienced Franchise Head with a strong background in the Education Industry to lead and manage B2B franchise operations and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead B2B franchise sales and business development activities.

Identify and develop recent franchise business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with franchise partners and educational institutions.

Manage franchise onboarding, negotiations and agreement closures.

Drive revenue growth and achieve franchise expansion targets.

Develop and execute franchise business strategies.

Manage and guide the B2B sales team.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise operations.

Monitor franchise performance and maintain long-term partner relationships.

Requirements

812 years of experience in the Education Industry.





Previous experience in franchise development, B2B sales or business expansion is mandatory.

Strong understanding of the education and franchise business model.

Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Proven experience in managing franchise partners and business development teams
