We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Head - Channel Sales to lead and strengthen our channel partner network across the Mumbai region. The role will be responsible for driving sales through brokers, IPCs, and channel partners, ensuring successful project launches, maximizing inventory absorption, and leading a high-performing regional channel sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-18 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with significant exposure to Channel Sales.
- Strong network across channel partners, IPCs, and broker communities within Mumbai and MMR.
- Proven success in driving residential real estate sales through indirect channels.
- Experience handling project launches and large-scale inventory sales.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership capabilities.
- Deep understanding of Mumbai's real estate ecosystem and key micro-markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the channel sales business across Mumbai and MMR.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.
- Drive sales closures and ensure achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Expand the channel partner ecosystem by onboarding and activating new partners across key micro-markets.
- Plan and execute channel partner engagement programs, project previews, site visits, and broker meets.
- Drive channel activation for new project launches and inventory monetization initiatives.
- Track partner productivity, lead generation, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
- Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Direct Sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional channel sales team to drive high performance.
