Banking Reconciliation, CMA Data & Credit Facilities

ROC & Statutory Compliances

Receivables, Payables & Working Capital Management

Internal Audit, Inventory Controls & Risk Management

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS Reporting

Team Leadership (58 Members)

Core Responsibilities:

Handle and finalize balance sheets, P&L; and financial statements for group companies and individual accounts.

Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS and statutory compliances.

Oversee banking activities, reconciliations, CMA data and bank limit renewals.

Manage receivables, payables, vendor payments and working capital.

Ensure timely ROC filings and company-law compliances.

Oversee inventory valuation,



stock audits and internal financial controls.

Manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting.

Lead, train and supervise the accounts team.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, MD and COO.
