Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, provide professional recommendations, and deliver services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and hair care treatments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, preparing workstations, and ensuring tools and products are ready for use.

The role involves building strong client relationships,



offering a welcoming and professional salon experience, and contributing to the creative image of the brand. The Hairstylist will also stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative and personalized styles.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Hair Styling and Hair Care, including cutting, coloring, and treatment techniques.
- Foundational knowledge or certification in Cosmetology, with an understanding of hair and scalp health.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, focused on client satisfaction, professionalism, and repeat business.
- Effective Communication skills to consult with clients, explain services, and collaborate with team members.
- Relevant salon experience in a professional setting; experience in trend-focused or creative salons is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, follow hygiene and safety protocols, and manage time efficiently.
- Openness to continuous learning, training, and adapting to new styles, products, and techniques.
- Formal training from recognized hair academies or institutes is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrable.
