We are looking for a highly execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive both digital and offline growth initiatives at Stance.
This role is ideal for someone who is fundamentally robust in performance marketing but also enjoys owning execution across multiple growth channels, including offline activations, events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the founders to execute growth campaigns, build scalable acquisition systems, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and help build a strong growth function within the company.
This is a hands-on role with ownership, not a strategy-only position.
