- Role Overview
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Product Manager with a combination of Product Management, Digital Marketing, Customer Success and SaaS experience. The individual will drive product strategy, innovation, customer adoption and business growth.

- Key Responsibilities

- Define product strategy, roadmap and feature priorities.

- - Identify customer needs and translate them into scalable product solutions.

- - Drive product adoption, engagement, retention and growth.

- - Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams.

- - Explore AI, automation and technology-led product innovations.

- - Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, monetization and revenue growth.

- - Track product performance and drive continuous improvements.





- Desired Candidate Profile
- - 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Growth, Digital Marketing or Customer Success.

- - Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, CRM or AI-driven businesses.

- - Robust understanding of product lifecycle, digital marketing and customer engagement.

- - Excellent analytical, business and stakeholder management skills.

- Entrepreneurial Experience – Preferred

- Founders, Co-founders and former entrepreneurs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience in building products, launching ventures, driving GTM, customer acquisition and revenue growth will be an added advantage. Candidates whose ventures pivoted or did not scale are also welcome, provided they demonstrate ownership and strong execution capabilities.

- Preferred Educational Background
- MBA from reputed B-schools or Engineering graduates from IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs and other reputed institutions.

- Preferred Industry Background: Freshworks, Zoho, MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, LeadSquared, Exotel, Whatfix, InMobi and emerging SaaS startups.
