Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations and business performance across Dineout, District, EazyDiner and other relevant food delivery and dine-in aggregator platforms.
2. Sales & Transaction Growth: Drive outlet-level sales, orders, bookings and customer transactions through platform-specific growth initiatives and performance monitoring.
3. Pricing, Offers & Visibility: Manage platform pricing, promotional offers, discounts, visibility placements and in-platform advertising to maximize sales and discoverability.
4. Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate commissions, commercial terms, promotional funding, advertising packages and premium placements with platform partners.
5. Platform Expansion: Identify, evaluate and onboard new dining and discovery platforms to expand the brands reach and business.
6. Performance & Profitability: Track sales, discounts, commissions, advertising spends and margins. Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
7. Ratings & Platform Optimization: Improve outlet ratings, menu visibility,



listing accuracy, product assortment and overall platform performance in coordination with restaurant operations and platform teams.
8. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain regular performance dashboards and reports, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with restaurant operations, finance and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

Experience and competencies
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in food aggregators, restaurant marketing, online sales or business growth, preferably in the QSR or casual dining industry.
- Robust understanding of Dine out/District, dine-in aggregators, platform commercials, promotional mechanics and online sales analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, reporting and performance tracking.
