Role Description The Growth Associate is a full-time, remote role, responsible for supporting business expansion and client acquisition. In this role, the individual will conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze industry trends, and track competitor activities.

The Growth

Associate will assist in executing sales and marketing initiatives, including outreach campaigns, lead generation, and follow-ups with prospective clients. This position will also involve coordination of small projects, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of growth strategies. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders and a strong focus on meeting growth targets and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills,



including transparent verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and analytical skills to gather data, interpret trends, and identify potential areas for growth.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, client outreach, and execution of promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to plan tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and track progress against objectives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) will be beneficial.
- Prior experience in a growth, business development, or sales support role is an advantage but not mandatory.
