Job Responsibilities

Design and develop visually stunning, modern, and interactive websites with a solid focus on animations, 3D experiences, and immersive user interfaces. Create advanced website animations using Three.js (3JS), WebGL, GSAP, and Framer Motion. Develop interactive 3D elements, scroll-based animations, parallax effects, and smooth transitions to deliver engaging user experiences.

Build high-performance, responsive websites with up-to-date design principles and creative layouts. Create custom 3D models, animated backgrounds, interactive product visualisations, and immersive web experiences. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate creative concepts into functional websites.

Optimise 3D assets, animations, and website performance for smooth rendering across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and consistent visual quality. Stay updated with the latest web animation technologies, 3D development trends, and interactive design techniques.

Requirements

Strong experience in website design and development, particularly in creating highly animated and interactive websites. Advanced knowledge of Three.js (3JS), WebGL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend technologies. Hands-on experience building 3D websites, interactive environments, scroll-triggered animations, and parallax effects.

Strong understanding of GSAP,



ScrollTrigger, and animation timelines. Ability to create visually impressive websites with smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and immersive scrolling experiences. Knowledge of responsive design, website optimisation, and performance tuning.

Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to convert design concepts into high-quality interactive web experiences. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React.js, Next.js, Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), GSAP, and Framer Motion.

Experience creating cinematic websites with advanced 3D animations, WebGL shaders, particle effects, and interactive 3D environments. Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D modelling and animation software.

Experience with scroll-controlled 3D scenes, camera animations, lighting, materials, and realistic rendering. Portfolio showcasing award-worthy animated websites, immersive 3D experiences, and creative web interactions.

Experience optimising 3D models, textures, and rendering performance for production websites. Understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
