Job Overview

Smriti IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Videographer to join our digital marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, producing engaging video content, shooting professional videos and managing creative requirements across social media platforms, digital campaigns and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, social media trends and healthcare-related content creation.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Designing

- Design creative social media posts, banners, posters, brochures and promotional materials.
- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop carousel posts, infographics, reels covers and advertising creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, colors, typography and visual standards.
- Design creatives for healthcare awareness campaigns, medical camps and special events.

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and educational videos.
- Create engaging videos with transitions, animations, subtitles, sound effects and background music.
- Edit doctor interviews, patient awareness videos and healthcare promotional content.
- Ensure high-quality video output with proper pacing, color correction and audio clarity.
- Optimize videos according to different social media platform requirements.

1. Videography & Photography

- Shoot professional videos of doctors, staff, interviews, events and healthcare activities.
- Record high-quality video footage using cameras, smartphones, lighting and audio equipment.
- Handle camera setup, framing,



lighting, composition and audio recording.
- Capture photographs and behind-the-scenes content for social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for video shoots and content requirements.

1. Creative & Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques and design innovations.
- Understand campaign requirements and deliver creative work within deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files, raw footage and final creative assets.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Canva and other creative tools.
- Knowledge of video shooting, camera handling, lighting and sound recording.
- Strong understanding of typography, color combinations and visual composition.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Creativity, attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film Making or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing and videography work.
- Experience creating content for healthcare, hospitals or medical brands will be an advantage.
