We're building a new-age Digital & Content Wing, and we're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that outstanding digital design isn't just about looking good. It's about thinking sharp, moving fast and creating for the platform.

Someone who can build a compelling campaign visual from scratch, but also knows how to turn around a topical creative without making it a three-day project.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✦ Conceptualise and design digital campaigns, social media creatives, carousels, Stories, thumbnails and performance ads.

✦ Develop original visual ideas while maintaining consistency across multiple brands.

✦ Adapt master creatives intelligently for different platforms and formats.

✦ Collaborate with content, video, motion and client servicing teams.

✦ Manage multiple briefs and tight timelines without compromising design quality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital or integrated creative agency.





✅ Strong command of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Figma knowledge will be appreciable.

✅ Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling skills.

✅ A portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and high-volume digital execution.

✅ Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and evolving visual trends.

✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver with agility.

BONUS POINTS FOR

➕ Basic motion graphics / After Effects

➕ Familiarity with Figma, Canva and AI-assisted creative tools

➕ Experience across multiple brands and industries

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

We're not looking for someone who simply resizes print creatives for Instagram.

We're looking for someone who thinks digital-first.
