About us The Drops Co. is a Bangalore-based consumer brand building functional supplements for women.

The role

We are looking for a graphic designer with D2C and consumer brand experience to design our website and build the brand across online and offline touchpoints. You will have full creative and artistic ownership of the brand's design, and will set the visual direction across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

- Design website pages, including the homepage, product pages, about and community pages, and landing pages for paid campaigns
- Design for mobile first
- Build and maintain a design system in Figma
- Design packaging, including new products and adaptations, and work with vendors on production
- Create brand and marketing assets across online and offline channels, including social, ads, events, print and retail
- Direct and select photography and video for the website
- Work with developers on handoff and check the final build against the designs

Requirements

- 3 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer
- Experience building D2C or consumer brands across touchpoints, online and offlin
- A portfolio showing website,



packaging and campaign work, including at least two live websites, preferably ecommerce
- A strong personal point of view on design, visible in your portfolio
- Conceptual thinking: you can turn a brand idea into a visual idea, not just a valuable-looking layout
- Hands-on creative range, such as illustration, photography, art direction, type or print
- Ability to present and defend your creative decisions
- Personal or self-initiated work that shows your own taste and curiosity
- Craft in typography, colour, composition and image-making
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Shopify and what it can support
- Understanding of how product pages and landing pages convert

Good to have

Experience in wellness, beauty, or food and beverage

Motion design skills

Experience directing photo or video shoots
