Fresh graduates with good communication skills, analytical abilities, and a willingness to work in US night shifts are encouraged to apply.Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science)

- Eligible Pass-Out Years: 20212026.

- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

- Comfortable working in US night shifts.

- Willingness to work in an international voice process.

Note: Diploma, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups through outbound calls to US healthcare insurance companies.

- Follow up on outstanding medical claims and identify reasons for claim denials or payment delays.

- Analyze claims and take appropriate actions for payment resolution.

- Maintain accurate call notes and update claim status in the billing system.

- Identify and report recurring claim denials,



billing errors, and other process-related issues.

- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
