Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Gold Purchase Executive to evaluate and purchase old gold jewellery from customers. The candidate should have knowledge of gold purity testing, appraisal, valuation and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and test the purity of old gold jewellery.
- Accurately weigh gold and calculate its value based on the prevailing gold rate.
- Explain gold valuation, purity and deductions transparently to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and purchase transactions.
- Verify customer KYC documents and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Update purchase details in the company CRM / software.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly gold purchase targets.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming and excellent customer service.




- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and submit daily purchase reports.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of gold purity testing, appraisal and valuation.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Accuracy, honesty and attention to detail.
- Ability to achieve business targets.

Eligibility
- Experience in gold buying, jewellery appraisal or gold testing is preferred.
- Freshers with a recognized gold appraisal training certificate may also apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a target-oriented setting.
