Role & responsibilities To lead and manage the complete production operations of control valve manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and compliance with international manufacturing standards. Production Planning & Execution Control Valve Manufacturing

- Solid understanding of control valve manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of different types of control valves:

- Globe Control Valves

- Ball Valves
- Butterfly Valves, KNIFE Gate valves, check valves

Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with applicable API, ASME, ISO and IEC standards.
- Reduce rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design and Engineering departments.
- Implement root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific quality requirements.,

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and Six Sigma initiatives.




- Improve OEE and machine productivity.
- Reduce manufacturing lead time and production costs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile BE/BTECH (Mech)with exp in Manufacturing Industry / Valves /Machine shop/ Assembly / Testing /QA/QC/

- Minimum 35 years in a production leadership/managerial role.
- Experience in control valve manufacturing will be strongly
- Experience working with an MNC or reputed engineering manufacturing company.
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume and customized manufacturing operations.
