Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead automotive sales operations, drive revenue growth, achieve business targets, and manage dealership performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in dealer network management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead and manage sales operations across multiple dealerships, branches, and sub-dealer networks.
- Drive vehicle sales, revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Manage and mentor sales teams, including General Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Monitor sales performance, target achievement, conversion ratios, and productivity through regular reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand dealer networks, and increase market share.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments to ensure product availability, promotional execution, and smooth sales operations.
- Monitor inventory,



vehicle allocation, bookings, billing, deliveries, and stock ageing.
- Ensure effective lead management, customer relationship management, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Drive sales campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and OEM standards .

- Experience managing multiple dealerships, branches, and dealer networks.
