URGENT HIRING – GENERAL MANAGER (RETAIL – FURNITURE)

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall operations of the furniture retail showroom.

- Manage sales, business development and revenue targets.

- Lead and supervise showroom sales teams and store operations.

- Monitor inventory, stock movement and procurement.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer relationship management.

- Develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.

- Monitor daily operations, staff performance and store KPIs.

- Handle vendor coordination, pricing and operational planning.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the showroom across all departments.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management.





- Experience in furniture retail / home furnishing industry preferred.

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent knowledge of sales, inventory and store operations.

- Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
