Experience - 12 to 16 yrs

Primary Skills: GenAI, Agentic AI Architecture, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Text-to-SQL
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver an end-to-end Natural Language-to-SQL GenAI solution on Microsoft Azure.
- Architect Agentic AI / RAG workflows, question routing, grounding, guardrails, refusal handling, and SQL-to-English explanations.
- Work hands-on with Azure OpenAI, prompt/context engineering, Semantic Kernel/LangGraph, Entra ID, Key Vault, Azure Functions/App Service, Azure Monitor and DevOps.
- Define Responsible AI, security, PII handling, data residency, audit logging and evaluation frameworks.
- Lead architecture discussions with client IT/business stakeholders and drive the solution from discovery through MVP delivery.
Valuable to Have: Databricks, Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Teams-based AI assistants, Insurance/P&C; domain experience.
