1. About the Role

Subhanu Technologies and Solutions is a Bengaluru-based technology company working across software solutions, technology consulting, DevOps, cybersecurity, talent solutions and technology education. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1+ year of experience who can work across frontend, backend and database development and use modern AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation and deployment.

The candidate should be able to understand requirements, translate them into solutions,

develop and test features, troubleshoot issues and take ownership through delivery.

1. Technical Skills

Must Have ● React.js, NextJs, HTML/CSS

● NodeJs - Backend APIs

● PostgreSQL / MySQL

● REST API development and integration

● Git and Git-based development workflows

● Debugging and troubleshooting

● Basic unit/integration testing

● Understanding of application security, authentication and error handling

● Basic understanding of software development lifecycle

Good to Have

● Firebase and Google Cloud Platform

● Docker and CI/CD fundamentals

● Linux

● Cloud deployment

● API testing tools such as Postman

● Basic application monitoring and logging

1. AI & Modern Engineering Skills

The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools as an integral part of the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, code quality and delivery speed.

Mandatory AI Experience

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following AI-powered development tools is mandatory:

● Google Antigravity

● Claude

● OpenAI Codex The candidate should have practical experience using AI tools for:

● Code generation, explanation and refactoring

● Debugging and root-cause analysis





● Test-case and test-data generation

● Code reviews and security checks

● Documentation and technical research

● Deployment and troubleshooting

● Understanding and working with existing codebases

● Accelerating end-to-end feature development

Good to Have

● Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering

● Awareness of AI Agents, MCP and AI Skills

● Basic understanding of RAG, embeddings and tool/function calling

● Experience with multiple AI coding assistants such as Antigravity, Claude, Codex,

GitHub Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT The developer must be able to review, validate, test and secure AI-generated output rather than blindly accepting it.
