Job Title: Full Stack / Backend / Frontend Developer
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (Wednesday & Thursday WFO)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
We are looking for experienced developers with strong hands-on coding expertise in Java or .NET, along with experience in building scalable and modern engineering solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java or .NET development.
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack, Backend or Frontend development.
- Experience building scalable platforms, reusable services, APIs, SDKs and self-service tools.
- Good hands-on experience with AWS.
- Exposure to AI-assisted engineering and intelligent agent development.
- Knowledge of LLM workflows, Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Testing and Quality Gates.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
- Willingness to work in Bangalore under the hybrid model.
- Must be comfortable with the Contract-to-Hire (CTH) employment model.
