Role Description The Fresher Field Executive – Part Time role at JobBricks is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai, focused on supporting field operations and candidate outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting designated locations to interact with potential candidates, collecting and verifying basic information, and explaining available job opportunities and platform features.

The Field

Executive will assist in organizing small on-ground campaigns, distributing promotional materials, and encouraging registrations on the JobBricks platform. The role also involves maintaining simple records of daily visits and interactions,



sharing updates with the team, and providing feedback from the field to improve outreach efforts. This role is designed for individuals starting their career who are motivated to work directly with people and represent JobBricks in local communities.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with diverse individuals.
