Scope of Work:

- Customisation of HR modules and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Attendance, leave and payroll-related configurations.
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee data management.
- Performance management and appraisal workflows.
- Automated approvals, reports and dashboards.
- Multi-school HR structure and role-based access.

Requirements:

- Proven hands-on experience in Zoho People implementation and customisation.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting and API integrations.
- Experience in HRMS implementation.
- Ability to work independently on a project basis.
