About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor to collaborate with our team on a project basis.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing techniques, pacing, and post-production workflows. We are looking for someone who can independently manage projects, maintain high production standards, and deliver polished videos within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for brands, corporate communications, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Transform raw footage, scripts, and creative briefs into engaging, professionally edited videos.
- Handle video editing, transitions, sound design, colour correction, motion graphics, and final exports.
- Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Manage project timelines independently and communicate progress regularly.
- Ensure final project delivery within a maximum of 10 days, including agreed revisions.
- Organise project files and provide final deliverables in the required formats.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing,



transitions, sound design, and colour grading.
- Experience editing corporate films, brand videos, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and meet strict deadlines.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality editing work.

Project Expectations:

- Turnaround Time: All assigned projects must be completed within 10 calendar days from the agreed project start date.
- Availability: Must be responsive during active projects and available for feedback and revisions.
- Quality: Deliver professional, polished, and technically accurate videos.
- Commitment: Ability to take ownership of projects from initial edit to final delivery.

Compensation: Payment will be structured per project, depending on the complexity, duration, and editing requirements.

Rates will be discussed and finalised before the commencement of each project.

Budget: 10k per per project depending on project
