We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Freelance Soft SkillTrainers who can bring classrooms to life through interactive, engaging and experiential learning.
If you enjoy connecting with learners in grade 6 to 10 in Government schools, facilitating conversations and making learning fun and impactful, this opportunity is for you!
Training Locations
- Mumbai
- Nashik
- Ambegaon (near Pune)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions using the prescribed curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, learner-centred and stimulating classroom workplace.
- Use interactive teaching approaches and experiential learning techniques.
- Track learner progress, assess outcomes and maintain training records.
- Participate in review meetings and ensure adherence to programme guidelines.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Training, Teaching or Coaching is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in classroom teaching or training.
- Experience working with Government Schools will be an added advantage.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Strong classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good reporting, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Engagement Type Freelance Engagement - 10days per batch. You can do as many batches as available, and if you are open to travel.
