Role Description The Freelance Medical Representative at BellyBay is a part-time, remote role. This role involves visiting healthcare professionals, clinics, and wellness centers to introduce BellyBay’s fiber drink, explain its benefits, and support product trials where appropriate. The representative will conduct product presentations, distribute educational materials, and provide clear, evidence-based information about BellyBay’s formulation and wellness impact.

Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining relationships with medical and allied health professionals, gathering feedback from the field, and sharing insights with BellyBay’s internal team.



The role also includes coordinating with local distributors or retail partners, ensuring product visibility, and supporting brand awareness initiatives within the medical and wellness community.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of medical or health-related concepts, with the ability to communicate product benefits clearly and accurately to healthcare professionals.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or wellness product promotion, including field visits, product detailing, and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently remotely, field-based role, manage schedules, and prioritize visits and surrounding areas.
- Comfort with collecting and reporting feedback, basic data tracking, and using digital tools (email, messaging apps, spreadsheets) for coordination.
- Relevant education in life sciences, nutrition, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred; prior medical representative or sales experience is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical, non-misleading promotion practices and respect for diverse patients, providers, and communities.
