Engagement: Freelance | Part time | Project-based

Work Mode: Predominantly Remote

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and versatile Graphic & Web Designer to support our organisation with graphic design requirements and the maintenance of two existing WordPress websites.

This is a freelance, project-based engagement. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis depending on business requirements, and the workload will not be continuous.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Management & Maintenance

- Manage and maintain two existing websites built on WordPress.
- Handle basic website healthcare, including routine updates, content changes, image replacements and minor layout modifications.
- Work with WordPress themes, plugins and page builders such as Elementor or similar platforms.
- Ensure websites remain functional, updated and responsive across desktop and mobile devices.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate resolution of website-related issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance, including plugin updates, backups and basic website checks.

2. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Design brochures, posters, flyers, presentations and other marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging social media creatives and digital communication materials.
- Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare print-ready designs with appropriate dimensions, resolution and bleed settings.
- Adapt existing designs for different digital and print formats.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent graphic design software.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar tools.
- Good working knowledge of WordPress and basic website management.
- Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins and page builders.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual communication.
- Understanding of print and digital design specifications.
- Ability to independently execute design briefs and website-related tasks.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

- Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with Canva and AI-assisted design tools.
- Experience designing corporate brochures, presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Basic knowledge of website analytics and Google Search Console.

Work Arrangement

- The role will be predominantly remote.
- Work will be allocated on an as-needed, project-based basis. There will be no expectation of continuous daily work.
- Occasional meetings and discussions may be required,



particularly around project deadlines. These may be scheduled as and when required.
- The candidate should be flexible and available for discussions and coordination when mutually agreed deadlines or project requirements demand it.
- Deliverables and timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of each assignment.

Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical assignment to assess their proficiency in graphic design, creativity, technical skills and basic WordPress management.

Engagement & Remuneration

- Freelance engagement with project-wise or assignment-wise work allocation.
- Remuneration will be mutually agreed upon based on the nature and scope of the assignment.
- There is no guarantee of a fixed volume of monthly work.
- All completed work, including editable source files and relevant project assets, must be handed over upon completion.
- Confidentiality of website credentials, business information and project material must be maintained.
