FP&A; - Stress Testing - Python - 4+ Years

We are hiring a Senior / Lead Analyst - FP&A; & Python with 4 to 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial modelling and Python-based automation. The role offers an opportunity to partner with business leadership, drive financial decision-making and strengthen financial planning, reporting and automation capabilities.

Location - Pune, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead annual budgeting, long-range financial planning and rolling forecast cycles, developing financial models, scenario analysis and stress-testing frameworks.
2. Develop and maintain Python scripts and notebooks to automate data extraction, transformation and reconciliation across large financial datasets.
3. Prepare monthly management reports, conduct variance analysis and provide insights into revenue, costs, margins and cash flows.
4. Partner with Sales, Operations, HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense reporting, commission accruals and performance tracking.
5. Strengthen financial controls, SOX/ICFR compliance and governance processes to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
6. Prepare executive-level presentations and translate complex financial analysis into actionable business recommendations.
7. Drive process improvements through automation, system enhancements and advanced analytics.
8.



Mentor junior analysts and support strategic initiatives involving product pricing, M&A; due diligence and capital allocation.

Requirements -

1. 4 to 10 years of experience in FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning or Business Analytics within mid-to-large organisations.
2. Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
3. Hands-on proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation, particularly Pandas, NumPy and Jupyter.
4. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and Dynamic Arrays.
5. Exposure to Sales Compensation, commission accruals, incentive structures and financial governance will be an added advantage.
6. Knowledge of Anaplan, Xactly, SAP Commissions, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SQL, VBA or Alteryx would be beneficial.
7. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days would be preferred.
