Entrext | Remote | Performance-Based Opportunity

We're looking for someone who can help us build Entrext's presence on LinkedIn and bring potential founders into our Solo Founders Program.

This is an execution-focused opportunity for someone interested in marketing, sales, personal branding and early-stage startups.

What you'll work on

- Outbound Outreach
- Identify and research potential founders on LinkedIn.
- Reach out to relevant consultants, agency owners, creators and industry professionals.
- Start conversations and build relationships.
- Qualify interested prospects and arrange introductory calls.
- Inbound Marketing
- Help build Entrext's LinkedIn presence.
- Create and publish relevant content.
- Engage with founders, operators and relevant communities.
- Generate inbound interest through consistent brand building.
- Lead Management
- Track conversations and prospects.
- Follow up with interested people.
- Maintain a simple outreach and conversion tracker.
- Work towards bringing qualified applicants into the program.

Compensation Structure

Phase 1: Internship

- Initial learning and execution period.
- Performance-based incentives on successful customer conversions.




- Opportunity to learn startup marketing, outbound sales and founder acquisition.

Phase 2: Paid Performance Associate

- Transition based on performance.
- Commission on successfully converted and paying customers.
- Potential for increased responsibilities and compensation as results grow.

The exact commission structure will be discussed transparently before starting.

Who we're looking for

- Comfortable communicating with strangers.
- Positive written English and LinkedIn communication skills.
- Interested in startups, entrepreneurship and marketing.
- Proactive, consistent and willing to experiment.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory.
