Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, working closely with the founder and leadership team. The Founder's Office role involves driving strategic initiatives, preparing business presentations, and supporting fundraising, partnerships, and investor communications. The role includes conducting market and competitor research, analyzing data to generate insights, and producing executive summaries and reports for key decisions.

Day-to-day work may involve coordinating cross-functional projects, managing high-priority workflows, and ensuring timely execution of operational and strategic tasks.



The individual will act as a thought partner to the founder, helping translate ideas into actionable plans and monitoring progress against company goals.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with data analysis, market research, and business modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and investor or stakeholder materials.
- Project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in startups, consulting, investment, or strategy roles is highly beneficial; exposure to healthcare or digital health is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information and executive-level discussions.
- Interest in AI, healthcare innovation, and mission-driven work focused on improving access, outcomes, and efficiency in care delivery.
