About the Role

As a Founder's Office Executive (Founder's Associate / Strategy & Ops), you will work directly with the founders on strategy, business operations and cross-functional execution. This is a high-ownership role for a self-driven professional who can turn strategy into execution and act as a trusted extension of the founders.

What You Will Do

- Partner with the founders on strategic initiatives, high-priority projects and goal-setting.
- Own business planning, execution tracking and performance monitoring against goals.
- Run market research, competitor benchmarking and industry analysis to support decisions.
- Prepare business proposals, strategy documents, MIS reports and leadership dashboards.
- Coordinate across teams (performance, creative, client servicing, HR) to deliver projects on time.
- Build and maintain trackers, SOPs and documentation; identify process gaps and improve workflows.
- Plan and run meetings, record MOMs and drive follow-ups on action items.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in a founder's office, strategy, operations, consulting or business analyst role (agency/startup experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, structured thinking and Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.




- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Interest in digital marketing, D2C brands and business growth.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
