Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction site activities.
- Allocate work to workers, labourers and site teams.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage manpower, materials and construction resources at the site.
- Ensure proper quality standards and construction practices.
- Monitor labour productivity and maintain daily site reports.
- Follow site safety rules and ensure workplace discipline.
- Identify execution-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction site activities and execution.
- Experience in manpower handling and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings.
- Solid coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
