Position: Food Storekeeper / Accounts Executive / F&B; Controller

Location: Bucatina - Pasta Bar - Kalyani Nagar - Pune, Maharashtra

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented and responsible professional capable of handling Food & Beverage inventory, store operations, accounts and cost control activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Storekeeper

- Manage daily food and beverage receiving and issuing.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and product quality.
- Conduct physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase departments.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures.

2. Accounts Responsibilities

- Maintain purchase invoices and expense records.
- Verify supplier bills and delivery challans.
- Handle daily purchase and expense entries.
- Maintain vendor statements and payment records.
- Assist with daily sales and financial reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts department.

3. F&B; Controller Responsibilities

- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly cost reports.
- Analyse food cost and beverage cost percentages.
- Conduct inventory audits and variance analysis.
- Monitor wastage, pilferage and stock discrepancies.
- Verify purchase prices and consumption reports.
- Maintain recipe costing and stock reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting or Hotel Management preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or F&B; operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel and POS systems.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Honest, organised and detail-oriented.

Experience: 2–6 Years Preferred Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
