Role Description The Food and Beverage Server is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages according to company standards. The server ensures tables are properly set, maintains cleanliness in the service area, and coordinates with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely, high-quality service.





Day-to-day responsibilities include recommending menu items, responding to guest inquiries and special requests, processing payments, and supporting the team during peak service hours. The role also involves adhering to hygiene and safety procedures, following opening and closing checklists, and contributing to a welcoming, professional dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Food Service skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a guest-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafes, or bars is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) system familiarity are beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
