Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fixed Asset Audit Team Lead to manage and supervise fixed asset audit activities, including physical verification, asset reconciliation, team coordination, and audit report preparation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, maintaining proper documentation, and completing audit activities within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the fixed asset audit team during audit assignments.

- Supervise the physical verification and tagging of fixed assets at client locations.

- Verify asset details, including asset identification numbers, descriptions, locations, and conditions.

- Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and documentation of fixed assets.

- Identify discrepancies between physical assets and asset registers and report any missing, damaged, or unrecorded assets.

- Coordinate with client representatives and internal team members to ensure smooth audit operations.

- Monitor team performance and ensure audit activities are completed within the assigned timelines.





- Prepare, review, and submit fixed asset audit reports with supporting documentation.

- Maintain proper audit records and follow established audit procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Prior experience in fixed asset audits, physical verification, inventory audits, or asset management.

- Experience in handling and supervising an audit team.

- Valuable knowledge of asset reconciliation, audit documentation, and reporting.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and asset registers.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to the assigned client locations in Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
